Shipping policy

We ship in Finland with Posti using their services "Postipaketti" and "Pikkupaketti".

For international shipping, we use Posti's international services like PickUp Parcel, EMS etc. We also use services by PostNord and UPS. Depending on your location we check the best value service available for your region. All of our shipments are tracked so you can be safe that you have needed information about your shipment. 

PLEASE NOTE - We're mainly a wholesale distributor. We can't always guarantee a processing of your order quicker than 2 work days. We always aim to process the orders the same or next work day, but this is not always possible. Please understand that we're only a small company of two people, we're definitely not a huge business that would have a separate shipping department to process your orders right after placing your order. 

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE EU - You are solely responsible for possible tax & VAT costs while importing the goods to your country. Please note all of our products ship from Helsinki, Finland that is inside European Union.
